The European Institute of Health and Social Welfare, an entity collaborating with the World Health Organisation (WHO), has bestowed on the President of ASISA, Dr Francisco Ivorra, its Award for Healthcare Excellence. The accolade was presented at the close of the 9th edition of the European Congress on Patients, Innovation and Health Technologies, presided over by the Regional Health Minister of Madrid, Jesús Sánchez Martos, and likewise attended by the Secretary-General for Health, José Javier Castrodeza.
